SEMANTICA is a web application that plots the probability of mimicry between a user submitted antigen and the self (i.e. human) or nonself (i.e. bacteria or viral) proteome.
The nonself/self ratio of mimicry probability calculated on a peptide window moving along the protein under analysis provides its immunodominant profile.
